Grupo Analiza Calidad is a reference group in the analytical sector, carrying out analyzes in all the productive links, from the primary to the industrial sector. Within the agronomic sector there are many lines of action and services offered aimed at improving the production process and thus improving the profitability of our customers.


Soil analysis: We perform different types of soil analysis as demanded by the producer, so we can study the structure and composition of the soil, as well as the parameters that influence the productivity and fertility of crops, such as: pH, conductivity, organic matter , active cl, assimilable NPK, CIC, as well as the composition and presence of soil micronutrients. An analysis and study of the results of the soil will serve us to be able to carry out a correct fertilization, as well as to correct possible soil deficiencies such as: pH corrections, increase of organic matter, change of texture …. We also perform soil analysis to determine the contamination of the same by heavy metals, remains of phytosanitary products, irrigations with waters with excess salts …

Fertilizer analysis: Analysis of the fertilizer used. This helps us determine the composition and percentages of the elements that make up the same: nitric nitrogen, total nitrogen, ammoniacal nitrogen, water-soluble phosphorus, soluble phosphorus to mineral acids, total phosphorus, total potassium, heavy metals, pH, sodium, calcium, sulfates, chlorides …

Foliar analysis: This will indicate the shortcomings of a crop due to the lack of nutrients in a soil. The analysis of the leaves will indicate the deficiencies of the determined nutrients, as well as the excesses or factors that influence the correct development of the plant to analyze.

Analysis of residues of phytosanitary products: as well as other discharges or elements that are present in crops, plants, soil, food, feed, water and other factors that affect the proper development of production. We have the latest techniques specialized in the measurement of these factors: gas chromatography with mass detector (GC-MS / MS), liquid chromatography with mass detector (LC-MS / MS). The objective is to determine that the Maximum Residue Limits are not exceeded.

Nutritional analysis of raw materials: Analysis on the composition of different grains and thus know the composition of the same. These analyzes are very useful in bread wheats, as well as in sunflower and rape seeds.

Analysis of pears for conservation: Through nutritional analysis in pears, we obtain values ​​that allow us to identify if the fruit will have a short, medium and long shelf life. This allows us to store the product according to its characteristics, and avoid problems in storage.

Analysis of gossypol in cotton seeds.

Analysis of mycotoxins, GMOs, allergens and other analyzes necessary to carry out the correct development of the activity.

Heavy metal analysis. Analysis of the different heavy metals to identify the MRLs established by the corresponding Regulation.

Feed analysis: Analyzes both microbiological (aerobic, mesophilic, enterobacteria, salmonella, Sthafylococcus aureus, Escheridia Coli …) and physical chemists (moisture, ash, crude fat, protein, crude fiber, starch, calcium, phosphorus …)

Analytical service of oenological control in wineries: analysis of the different parameters in the winemaking process adjusted to the need of each wine, such as sugars, ph, malic acid, acetic, acidity, easily assimilable nitrogen, free and total SO2, alcoholic degree … and another such as: metals, protein test, precipitate study, allergens, haloanisoles and halofenoles, pesticides, microbiology, etc.
